Stonewall Sports Pittsburgh has announced the creation of their latest program, Stonewall Yoga!
The new Stonewall Yoga Pittsburgh program was proposed by Stonewall member Michelle Kaminsky. Michelle is a certified yoga instructor. Stonewall Sports hosted two sample sessions at Arsenal Park this past fall. The program will be structed to recognize the bodily and mental health benefits of yoga for the LGBTQ Community.
Stonewall Yoga Pittsburgh’s inaugural sessions are scheduled to be held at Arsenal Park in Lawrenceville on Sunday’s this spring with Kaminsky as the Commissioner. A survey, as well as, registration, fees, and schedule will be announced soon on the Stonewall Sports Pittsburgh website and Stonewall Yoga Pittsburgh Facebook group.
