beginner / intro to burlesque
No previous dance experience necessary.
Get moving, practice walking in heels, traveling across a stage, entrances and exits.
Learn basic burlesque dance movements, such as bumps, grinds, and shimmies
Work with burlesque “tools of the trade,” such as glove peels, boa work.
Begin to create your stage character.
Whether you struggle with body image, or just haven’t ever had the courage to try burlesque, you can experience the playfulness and power of your sensuality.

intermediate / burlesque after beginner
If you’ve already taken the Burlesque Badass intro class, your adventure continues!
In this intermediate class we will continue on with more advanced tools like act development, tassel twirling, stocking peels, floorwork, and more!
This class will also cover the teaching of a classic burlesque choreography to be performed at future shows.
