 No need to sit at home until the Oct. 27 Halloween bash at the Liberty Avenue Saloon. The Supreme Court may be on the verge of legalizing conversion therapy for minors nationwide. Lawyers for far-right group Alliance Defending Freedom argue that conversion therapy is just “speech”, not medical intervention, and should be protected under the First Amendment. If SCOTUS sides with them, state bans will fall, and licensed therapists could legally perform harmful “therapies” on LGBTQ+ youth. Full article link in bio.
