AIDS Free Pittsburgh, Allies for Health + Wellbeing, Hugh Lane Wellness Foundation, Pitt Men’s Study, Shepherd Wellness Community, and True T Pgh are thrilled to present World AIDS Day 2024: Remember the Time on Sunday, December 1, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Shepherd Wellness Community (4800 Sciota St., Pittsburgh) for an evening of reflection, connection, and celebration.

This year’s event features an incredible lineup of guest speakers, including Clarisse Jordan, author and HIV community activist, Dr. Linda Frank, professor at the University of Pittsburgh and principal investigator for the MidAtlantic AIDS Education & Training Center, and Dr. Charles Rinaldo, professor at the University of Pittsburgh and founder and principal investigator of the Pitt Men’s Study.

Alongside these inspiring talks, attendees can look forward to food, performances, and exciting giveaways that make the evening truly memorable.

World AIDS Day 2024: Remember the Time is a space to honor those we’ve lost to AIDS, uplift long-term survivors, and stand in solidarity with individuals living with or affected by HIV. It’s also an opportunity to celebrate the remarkable scientific advancements that have transformed HIV into a treatable and preventable condition.

Let’s come together as a community to reflect, honor, and look ahead to a future of health and hope.
