A HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY will be completed and signed at check-in each time you come into our center. IF YOU DO NOT FEEL WELL, PLEASE DO NOT COME TO AN IN-PERSON DINNER.

4:30pm – Doors open on S. Mathilda St. for beverages
5:15pm – Dinner served in our Dining room
6pm- Program: Art For Life  | Art Therapist, Brant, uses art to help you unleash your creativity, improve your health and promote emotional well-being. Decorate Easter eggs. Each certified member completing this program receives a $5 gift card.
