Connellsville showed up Saturday, June 7th, for its fourth annual Pride in the Park. Held at the picturesque Yough River Park, the skies cleared just in time to let the festivities shine. With the Youghiogheny River, the park came alive with music, laughter, and an outpouring of queer joy. The Food Fairy from Uniontown came through with boxes of free sweet treats because what’s Pride without sugar and love? The day overflowed with vibrant booths, local talent, and a sea of rainbows. Major love to the Connellsville Diversity and Inclusion Board for organizing a beautiful celebration of visibility, unity, and resilience.
