On behalf of the people of the 34th state legislative district, it is my pleasure to welcome 2025 Pittsburgh Pride with the QBurgh family. As a member of the LGBTQ+ Equality Caucus, it is an honor to mark this moment with QBurgh.
Pride month is more than just a season, it is a statement of resilience, a celebration of diversity, and a moment for love. In Pittsburgh and across the Commonwealth, we are building a future where every person can live freely without fear or discrimination. At a time where our future and very rights as a people are thrown in question, Pride is now more important than ever. It serves as a celebration of community: the events that bring us together, the artists that inspire us, and the stories that highlight the beauty and diversity of queer life.
QBurgh and its work are essential for making the most of this year’s Pride celebrations across the region, and allow us to come together in unique ways that celebrate love in all its forms.
