Chef Lou’s Dinner Series

The 5801 Dinner Series is a monthly, ticketed dining experience featuring a special menu from Chef Lou and team. Enjoy dishes you won’t find on our regular menu, along with optional cocktail or wine pairings.

Each ticket includes a three-course meal with one selection per course: appetizer, entrée, and dessert. Join us with friends, a date, or come solo and settle in for a relaxed, social evening.

Event Details:

Dinner begins at 5:30 PM. Tickets must be purchased in advance, and guests will select their menu choices during checkout. Ticket price includes an 18% gratuity on food (noted as the transaction fee during checkout). Additional cocktails and beverages will be available for purchase. Vegan and vegetarian options are available upon request during ticket purchase.

First Course Selections:

Steak Egg Rolls
Hand-rolled egg rolls stuffed with shaved ribeye steak, mozzarella and provolone cheeses, then fried golden brown. Served with fresh mango salsa and a rich Guinness stout dipping sauce.

Seared Ahi Tuna
Sesame-seared ahi tuna served over mixed greens with a spiced wild berry relish and finished with sesame chili oil.

Entrée Selections: 

During checkout, select one add-on per ticket purchased to indicate your entrée choice.

Supreme Chicken Breast – Margarita Style: $45
Pan-seared airline chicken breast marinated in tequila, fresh lime, garlic, cilantro, and citrus spices, then finished with a light margarita-style reduction. Served with Caribbean coconut rice featuring coconut-infused jasmine rice, red and yellow bell peppers, green peas, and traditional soffritto seasoning. Accompanied by crisp Napa cabbage slaw tossed in a citrus herb vinaigrette.

Seafood Fettuccine: $45
Fettuccine pasta tossed in a rich balsamic cream sauce with sautéed shrimp and sea scallops, spinach, roasted red peppers, and caramelized onions. Finished with shaved Asiago cheese and fresh herbs.

Wild Mushroom Ravioli: $38
Wild mushroom ravioli sautéed with shallots, roasted tomatoes, arugula, and yellow bell peppers in a light herb butter sauce. Finished with crispy fried leeks and shaved parmesan cheese.

Dessert Selections:

Belgian Chocolate Waffle
Warm Belgian chocolate waffle topped with vanilla bean ice cream and finished with Kahlúa chocolate sauce.

Turtle Cheesecake
Rich turtle cheesecake layered with chocolate, toasted pecans, and caramel, finished with Malibu-infused caramel drizzle.
