OUTrageous Bingo Fundraising Appeal

Covid-19 has effected all of us and it has been particularly hard on our LGBTQ non-profits. The organizers of OUTrageous Bingo, the PGH Equality Center and the Shepherd Wellness Community, released this statement appealing to supporters for donations:

Dear OUTrageous Bingo Friends,

We miss seeing you at OUTrageous Bingo and we’re sad that we can’t gather for fun and community during this pandemic.

The loss of the bingo fundraisers has created financial challenges for the Pittsburgh Equality Center and the Shepherd Wellness Community, which benefit equally from bingo proceeds.

  • The Pittsburgh Equality Center is working to build bridges to promote education, advocacy and social justice for LGBTQIA+ people and allies.
  • The Shepherd Wellness Community is providing meals and programs to help people living with HIV/AIDS improve their wellness.

If you are able, would you help us to continue our charitable work in this difficult time?

Please help by using the button below to make a contribution, which will be split equally between both organizations.

We are grateful for your support and we look forward to seeing you again at OUTrageous Bingo.
