Hugh Lane Wellness is Back with Rainbow Holiday Bags for 2022 Season

Providing hundreds of meals each year since 2020, the Hugh Lane Wellness Foundation is once again poised to support additional LGBTQ+ and HIV+ individuals and families in Western PA.

It’s time to celebrate Harvest Friendsgiving with Hugh Lane! The Hugh Lane Wellness Foundation is gearing up for the upcoming holiday season with their annual Rainbow Holiday Bag distribution and #HolidaysWithHugh November programming. For the third year, they will be preparing holiday meals for LGBTQ+ and HIV+ community members in need in the Greater Pittsburgh area with the help of staff and local volunteers. Shopping for supplies has already begun for their customizable holiday dinners for those that register. Registration opened on November 1 and goes through November 15.

Other events to keep an eye out for from Hugh Lane Wellness Foundation in November include:

  • November 20 through 23 – Harvest Friendsgiving delivery and pick-ups.
  • November 20 – Transgender Day of Remembrance hosted by TransYouniting.
  • November 24 – Transgiving Dinner hosted by TransYouniting.
  • November 29 – Giving Tuesday.
