A support group from Mendolia Behavioral Health.

Who: humans who have come out or are thinking about coming out after having lived as a cishet person (all identities welcome).

When: 8 Sundays beginning September 17, 2023.

Where: I will be running two groups this time — one virtually on Zoom and one in-person at Medolia Behavioral Health at Natrona Heights.

What: we will be talking about all of the things that come along with this very exciting but difficult transition in life. Topics will include sex, grief/loss, guilt/shame, religious/cultural impact, divorce, building community, learning to be independent, and, most importantly, loving yourself through the process!

Cost: sliding scale $25-$50/session. Two sessions will be made free of charge for those who cannot afford the session fees.
