Our mission is to build on a foundation of loving families united with LGBTQ people and allies who support one another and to educate ourselves and our communities to speak up as advocates until all hearts and minds respect, value and affirm LGBTQ people.

We are the Pittsburgh Chapter of PFLAG, the largest organization uniting people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer with families, friends, communities, and allies. PFLAG Pittsburgh is a volunteer non-profit organization. We provide education and support to the LGBTQ community and their families/friends. We are not a professional healthcare or mental health care group, but we can refer you to local resources to assist you in your needs.. We meet the second Sunday of each month except June at the Persad Center from 2pm – 4:30pm.
