Perry Highway Lutheran Church, a Reconciling in Christ (RIC) congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA), is a vibrant community of faith in which we worship, learn, serve, and support one another to join Jesus’ mission of justice and love. Jesus invites us in reconciling love and grace to join the reign of God, therefore this church welcomes all believers and non-believers regardless of age, cultural background, economic status, ethnic or linguistic heritage, employment status, housing status, substance dependence, marital status, physical or mental abilities, race, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other distinction. Worship is at 9:30am on Sundays, followed by adult education and bible study. Elementary grade Sunday school, confirmation classes, and youth activities are also on Sundays during the school year. The Perry Highway Lutheran Pre-K also serves the community with excellent teachers and programming for kids ages 2.5-5 years.
