This morning, Pride on the Shore announced their long-anticipated headliners and lineup for their event on the evening of Saturday, June 3 for the Pittsburgh Pride weekend of events.

Co-headlining the main stage at Stage AE will be award-winning performers Ava Max and Fletcher.

Joining the lineup of legendary talent are Betty Who, JORDY, Ty Sunderland, Aquaria — winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 10, Aura Mayari, Luxx Noir London, Robin Fierce, and Grammy Award-winning DJ, Dave Audé.

With her new album Diamonds & Dancefloors, just released on January 27, Ava Max gave the world a collection of massive electronic dance-pop anthems in the vein of Future Nostalgia and Chromatica. The bass will be thumping and the beats huge on June 3.

LGBTQ pop singer Fletcher’s breakthrough single “Undrunk” was released in January 2019 and became her first single to chart on the Billboard Hot 100, and reached number one on Spotify’s Viral Chart in the United States.

Pride on the Shore is presented by Nick Staples and PromoWest North Shore and proud sponsors of the 2023 event include Truly Hard Seltzer and Sam Adams.

The first LGBTQ Pride events in Pittsburgh were held in 1973.

“Over the course of those 50 years, we’ve gone through some extreme highs and lows, but it’s been inspiring to see neighborhoods throughout Pittsburgh lift up and organize their own Pride celebrations as we continue to push forward,” said Nick Staples, founder, and producer of Pride on the Shore. “We’re honored to work alongside our other incredible LGBTQIA+ organizations as we bring our vibrant colors to life. To each of those organizations, Pride on the Shore extends our arms to say thank you for the work that you’ve done and continue to do. It’s truly a community effort.”

Pride on the Shore promises to continue to uphold its commitment to equality, equity, and inclusion in Pittsburgh by providing in-kind tickets to local LGBTQ+ organizations to ensure underprivileged youth may participate, feel welcomed, and celebrate their pride openly.

Submissions remain open through the month of February for local community artists to also perform at Pride on the Shore with decisions to be made in March. Local artists are encouraged to submit applications as early as possible.

Registration for pre-sale is now live at PrideOnTheShorePGH.com. A limited number of pre-sale tickets will start at $39.50 for General Admission and VIP for $109.50 with perks including admission to the after-party.

Also on Saturday, June 3 is the Pittsburgh Pride march and parade downtown at noon and the free Pittsburgh Pride Festival on the North Side including performances on two stages organized by TransYouniting and the Pittsburgh Pride Group. Submissions for performances during the Pittsburgh Pride festival are being accepted here. A Grand Marshal will be announced for the march and parade soon.
