Jaxon is an independent photojournalist, documentary filmmaker, and photographer. Originally from Philly, they relocated to Pittsburgh’s South Side in 2025 after falling in love with the city’s rich history and vibrant personalities. As a nonbinary journalist, they are passionate about reporting on LGBTQ+ issues, local government, civil rights, and the communities shaping Western Pennsylvania. When they’re not busy behind the camera, they enjoy watching anime, cuddling with their AmStaffy Athena, and sharing a home with their partner.
