The hallmark of Shepherd Wellness Community (SWC) is our Wellness Dinners for people living with HIV/AIDS and their loved ones. Our dinners, which are coupled with either a wellness program or HIV/AIDS Support Group, allows our members to connect with each other and learn about other service organizations, medical providers and social services. SWC also provides transportation assistance to our dinners/programs, outreach calls, and respite outings.

Founded in 1987, SWC is the only HIV/AIDS community in Western Pennsylvania. Our mission is helping people living with HIV/AIDS improve their wellness.
