Grab a tube and let’s hit the river! It’s time for the 4th Annual Big Gay River Float!

Start time is 11:00am at Smithton Beach Boat Launch in Smithton, PA. Come early to give yourself time to jockey cars, blow up your tubes, and crack open a cold one. We will launch at 12:30pm sharp and adventure our way down to Cedar Creek Park Boat Launch in Belle Vernon, PA.

Float time is typically 3 to 4 hours depending on river conditions.

Bringing a friend or friends is strongly encouraged! You’ll want to find a manageable group to stick with on the river.

Important things to note: You are responsible for providing your own transportation and floatation device.

This is a free public LGBTQ+ event and will be an inclusive, welcoming, and safe environment for all.
