As spring arrives in Pittsburgh, so does the return of outdoor queer community spaces that center connection, movement, and joy. Stonewall Ultimate Pittsburgh has officially opened registration for its Spring League, inviting players of all experience levels to join the upcoming season.
The league offers an inclusive and welcoming environment for anyone interested in Ultimate Frisbee, from seasoned players to those completely new to the sport. Participants can register individually and be placed on a team or sign up alongside friends, making it easy to engage at any level of familiarity or comfort.
Regular season registration will remain open through March 29, with organizers encouraging early sign-ups as team spots are expected to fill quickly. The Spring League provides an opportunity for consistent play throughout the season, fostering both skill development and community-building among participants.

For those unable to commit to a full season, Stonewall Ultimate is also offering a flexible sub list option. This alternative allows individuals to step in as needed when teams require additional players, with registration remaining open through July. The sub list is designed to keep people connected to the league without requiring a long-term commitment, making it an accessible option for those with changing schedules or limited availability.
Stonewall Ultimate continues to play a significant role in creating affirming recreational spaces for LGBTQ+ people in Pittsburgh. By centering inclusivity and accessibility, the league provides a place to play and offers a space where participants can build relationships, express themselves freely, and engage in community through sport.
Registration is now open for both the regular season and the sub list. Organizers are also available to answer questions through email or social media.
