June might be over but Pride lives in us every day

As the rainbow banners come down and the glitter starts to settle, we are reminded that Pride isn’t just a month, it’s a lifelong journey.

In the final video from Nebby Nick’s journey to Pittsburgh Pride 2025, local queer voices speak directly to their past and future selves. They tell stories of surviving school hallways, finding community, making art, and daring to be open. It’s a video full of tenderness, truth, and tenacity, a reminder that Pride is personal and political, quiet and loud, celebratory and revolutionary.

“Everything will work out,” one speaker says. “Be who you are. You’re amazing just as you are.”

It’s a love letter across time. It’s about remembering where we’ve been and dreaming of where we’re going. And most of all, it’s about knowing that Pride doesn’t live on a calendar, it lives in us.
