Big news! A bracketed arm wrestling competition is coming to The Soft Spot. The $10 entry fee will be split, half the funds going to help fund the new queer coffee shop opening in Garfield and the other half going to the winner!

Pie eating contest allow mouth skills to take center stage. Find a partner to hold your pie in their lap and away we go. Free coffee for all pie munchers.

Rent parties are making a comeback across the country. This community event historically gave friends a way to come together and show support by bringing a dish of food and cash, allowing those who were struggling to stay afloat without pushing also struggling communities under.

This winter solstice, The Soft spot, a new sapphic-centered community space, is working hard to open their doors. A sober venue dedicated to intersectionally and intergenerational queer community, they are inviting all who may benefit from the space to help them open their doors.

The theme of the meal is spaghetti dinner. So, make a zoodle, try to recreate grandma’s sauce, or bake some Texas toast. Come to share and support.
