THiS SH*T iS TRA$H is a one-night-only interactive art experience, open mic night, & 30th birthday celebration marking Henny’s first and most extensive display of original work.

This event is a goodbye letter to the negative beliefs we may hold about ourselves throughout our lives on our journey to self love, praise, and acceptance. The event, featuring interactive artwork and an open mic segment, challenges us to do away with the emotional labor of not believing in ourselves. Through community, we can lay to rest every part of ourselves that no longer serves us — For Once, For All, For Good.
