For over 20 years, Dreams of Hope’s queer and trans youth performing arts ensemble creates an original play from the ground up. Whether you’re into acting, writing, or have a different creative practice, there’s space for you to shape the show! Plus, because we believe artists deserve to get paid for their work, you’ll get a competitive stipend at the end of the program.

Every year, theatriQ invites local multidisciplinary artists to serve as mentors and guides for young people. Together, they create and share original work (theatre, visual art, music, etc.) exploring LGBTQIA+ themes. theatriQ provides a welcoming environment for young people to grow in confidence, express themselves, and develop as leaders.

Queer and trans young people ages 13-26 are encouraged to join us!
