December Motivation Monday at Shepherd Wellness Community will feature chair massages!

This monthly massage schedule will open at the beginning of the month. Certified members can only sign up for a 15-minute chair massage in person at a wellness dinner with a check-in staff member. One appointment per member per month.

Sign up December massage sessions begin on Wednesday, December 3rd.

•1st Slot: 6:00-6:15pm
•2nd Slot: 6:15-6:30pm
•3rd Slot: 6:30-6:45pm

This program will happen in the SWC activities room after our Monday wellness dinner & program. You must attend the dinner and program to receive transportation reimbursement.
