Clearfield County will vote on its contractor renewal for the facility. Shut down Moshannon and demand they vote NO!

Parking

The Best Travel Inn Philipsburgh — 1896 Philipsburg Bilger Hwy., Philpsburg, PA 16866

Park only in the gravel lot on the far side of the Inn closer to Moshannon. Do not disrupt The Best Travel Inn or ask to use their bathroom. Thank you donations for the inn are welcome.

Walking to The Lot

The walk is a short, flat 0.1 mile walk along the side of the highway. When passing Douglas, do not park or walk on their property. They have a history of antagonism and threatening trespassing. Once at The Lot, a marshal will help folks cross the street.

The Sheetz is a 2 minute drive away from the parking area. It is not walkable.

Rules of “The Lot”

Do not “tour” Moshannon. Unusual behavior and tourism of the facility can result in lockdown of the facility, harming those inside.

Do not trespass on Douglas property. They have a history of threatening trespassing if we park or protest on their property.

Do not block driver visibility. GEO Group employees have threatened police for blocking driver visibility. This will be the responsibility or marshals to manage.

Safety: Wait for marshals before crossing Graham Station Rd.

Safety: Do not cross RT 322.
