The Delta Foundation, in cooperation with Tomy G Promotions, has donated $200 to Shepherd Wellness Community.
The funds, which were originally granted to Tomy G Promotions to subsidize the participation of a cheerleading squad in the 1998 Gay Games, became available after plans to form the group were shelved.
The Delta Foundation is a nonprofit organization of Pittsburgh Tavern Guild members that sponsors the annual Memorial Day and Labor Day picnics in North Park.
