Allies for Health + Wellbeing is officially back and ready to welcome patients and clients to its new home. Starting Monday, January 12, the organization will resume in-person services at its freshly renovated and expanded location at 211 Tower, following a major relocation that increases space and capacity across the board.

The move marks a big milestone for Allies, a vital provider of HIV care, prevention services, and LGBTQ-affirming healthcare in the region. The new 16,000-square-foot space represents a 25% increase in footprint, allowing the organization to enhance both its clinical services and community support programs.

The new headquarters comes with some serious upgrades designed to improve patient care, privacy, and accessibility. The expanded pharmacy will be able to fill more prescriptions and serve more patients, reinforcing Allies’ commitment to streamlined, onsite care.

With added consultation rooms and private meeting spaces, patients can now meet one-on-one with pharmacists or case managers in confidential, affirming environments. Two new patient rooms in the clinic will help reduce wait times and allow for more appointments, meaning Allies can see more folks, more efficiently.

East Liberty parking isn’t always easy, but Allies is making it simpler with four reserved parking spots for patients visiting the office.

In a statement, the organization expressed gratitude to local foundations and individual donors who helped make the relocation possible, especially after a year of budget cuts and difficult challenges across the healthcare landscape.

“This move has been years in the making, and we couldn’t have done it without the generosity of our community,” Allies shared. “Your support powers everything we do, helping us create a space where compassionate care and community thrive.”

Allies for Health + Wellbeing continues to offer a range of services including HIV and STI testing, PrEP and PEP access, primary care, case management, and more, all grounded in a mission of health equity and dignity for all.
