Good Trouble in the Streets

July 15 @ 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm

Indivisible Pittsburgh is kicking off “Good Trouble Week: Pittsburgh,” with “ Good Trouble in the Streets“ on Tuesday, July 15th, with a rally and march in Oakland to support ALL of our neighbors and say NO to attacks on science, LGBTQ people, international students, the undocumented and the environment. MAKE SOME GOOD TROUBLE!

The event is planned to start at 12:30PM because we are protesting Trump’s visit to Carnegie Mellon University and the AI Summit supporting fossil fuels and excluding sustainable energy players.

Time and location are subject to change, so check back for updates! Indivisible Pittsburgh will join together starting at the corner of Forbes and Bigelow to march against Trumpism, the MAGA GOP, and the rollback of civil rights, safety nets, and the rule of law in our country. We will gather to say: This is our country, and no one is above the law here, not even the president.

We welcome everyone to stand together and march with us.

If you represent an organization and would like to march under your own banner, please fill out this form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdvmJG_ezItzQ5obUN9jech3qKWt0DGHImJpTL4uoHibYbrlQ/viewform?usp=sharing&ouid=100384817574579092319.

Parking: The easiest parking for this event will be at Soldiers and Sailors parking garage. The Pittsburgh parking authority has additional information. https://www.pittsburghparking.com/Home

Accessibility: We will have sign language interpretation for the rally. The march route is 0.6 miles and mostly flat, but goes up a hill towards the end. The sidewalks are in good condition.
