Chair Massage: July 14 & 28

The monthly massage schedule will be open at the beginning of the month. Certified members can only sign up for a 15-minute chair massage in-person at a wellness dinner with a check-in staff member.

One appointment per member per month.
Sign-ups for July massage sessions begin on Monday, July 7th.

1st Slot: 6-6:15PM
2nd Slot: 6:15-6:30PM
3rd Slot: 6:30-6:45PM

Reiki: July 7 & 21

This monthly Reiki schedule will be open at the end of the previous month. Certified members can only sign up for 20-minute Reiki session in person at a wellness dinner with a check-in staff member.

One appointment per member per month.
Sign-ups for July Reiki sessions begin on Friday, June 27th.

1st Slot: 6-6:20PM
2nd Slot: 6:20-6:40PM

You may sign up for any available session when checking in at any SWC Dinner on or after the beginning date(s) above.

These programs will happen in the SWC dining room after our Monday wellness dinner and program. You must attend the dinner and program to receive transportation reimbursement.
