Couples Yoga with Sam
Come play, move, and connect in a joyful, inclusive partner yoga experience rooted in connection, community, fun, and play. This class is an invitation to explore movement together – whether that’s with a partner, a new friend, or entirely on your own.
•No partner required. You’re welcome to practice solo, or we’ll happily help connect you with someone in class.
•No yoga experience needed. This class is accessible, supportive, and inclusive for all levels and bodies.
Through lighthearted partner poses, optional touch, laughter, and shared movement, we’ll celebrate being in community together. This practice centers connection, not just romantic love, but love in all its forms. Love is a spectrum, and this space honors friendship, self-love, chosen family, and collective care.
