    • The “Gay Freedom Train” will make a “whistlestop” in Pittsburgh on October 13 at 2:55 AM at Penn Station, led by Rev. Troy Perry and featuring lesbian entertainer Robin Tyler.
    • The Pittsburgh Coalition for the March on Washington for Lesbian and Gay Rights has chartered five buses for $20 round trip. Subsidies are available, and volunteers are needed.
    • The march has five specific demands, including the repeal of anti-lesbian/gay laws and the passage of a comprehensive lesbian/gay rights bill.
