Since founding Move with Pride in 2022\, Mon has helped clients buy and sell homes with confidence and security. As president of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance’s Eastern PA chapter\, Mon champions equitable practices in real estate through education\, advocacy\, and community empowerment.
