SUMMARY:G4G Pittsburgh + The Education Partnership: Help Teachers Stock Their Classrooms
DESCRIPTION:We’re teaming up with the Education Partnership this August to support their mission of empowering local educators! 🎒✨ \nVolunteers will help educators prepare for the new school year by assisting in the Teacher Resource Center as they “shop” for free classroom supplies. Tasks may include greeting and checking in teachers\, distributing CORE supply boxes\, restocking inventory\, and helping carry supplies to teachers’ vehicles. \nWe have two shifts available:\n🕣 Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 11:45 AM\n🕦 Shift 2: 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM \nAdditional Details\nWhat to Wear:\nComfortable clothing that allows for easy movement\nClosed-toed shoes are recommended \nWhat to Bring:\nWater \nParking/Transportation:\nVolunteers have access to a larger parking lot available across the street from The Education Partnership building.\nThe following PRT bus routes can be taken: 20\, 21\, 22\, 24\, 26\, 28x\, 29\, 31\, 99w\, G2\, G3\, G31.
