SUMMARY:First Date\, Last Date Live Staged Reading
DESCRIPTION:Writer/actor/director makes her professional theatre debut in her hometown of Pittsburgh\, PA\, in an all new original one-act play! \nFirst Date\, Last Date is a female-lead\, queer romcom\, one-act play set in the vibrant city of Pittsburgh\, PA. It follows the story of two young women\, Arielle\, a teacher born and raised in Pittsburgh\, and Elena\, a cybersecurity analyst from the suburbs of Philadelphia. They meet in an Italian restaurant in Pittsburgh’s Southside neighborhood and hit it off. From there\, they embark on a wholesome four-year journey and emotional whirlwind that boldly chronicles the ups and downs of young love and authentic connection in a modern and refreshing way. This story provides warmth\, laughter\, and unity in a time of cold and harsh division. \nJoin us at the Soft Spot on October 17th and 24th from 2-4pm for a dose of queer joy 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈 \nTickets available now!
