The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) holds us to very high standards. Legally, we must enforce their regulations to not furnish and alcoholic beverages to “visibly intoxicated patrons.” By law, if you or anyone in your party, drinks to the point of “visible intoxication” we will have to ask you to leave. This will not come with a refund.
