Join Ratzon’s Anti-zionist Minyan for our first prayer practice session! We’ll do some light translations of the prayers in Kabbalat Shabbat services and practice singing them together. The goal of these learning sessions is to increase our understanding of prayers, feel more connected and comfortable with them, and learn shared tunes we can sing together at RAZM Kabbalat Shabbats. This could be helpful if you want to lead a service or be more familiar with prayers before attending one. You don’t need to know any Hebrew to join and you’re welcome regardless of your previous experience with prayer!
Feel free to bring snacks and anything else you need to feel comfortable.
Accessibility: The space will be outside, weather permitting, with access to a kitchen and bathroom. The backyard is wheelchair accessible but indoors is not. We’ll have some chairs and blankets for sitting but we’d love for people to bring more. Masking is optional outside and we’ll have some extra masks for people who would like them.
Feel free to share any access needs via the form and we’ll do our best to support.
