Pittsburgh Transgender Community Picnic in memory of Candis, one of the original founders of the T- Nic

We will be celebrating the life of Candis.

This year’s picnic will be on August 12th from noon til 7:00 pm at Wyoming Grove in North Park. Madison and Claire will be leading a hike around 2 pm. So dress appropriately.

We will do a small memorial around 3:30 pm. We will supply the burgers, hotdogs, buns ice, and fixins. There will be veggie burgers and veggie chilly. We ask that if you can bring something to share with group please do so (there is no electricity there). We will be playing Beer can baseball, alcohol is permitted (NO GLASS containers). Some non-alcoholic drinks will be provided, but we ask you to bring your own.

Everyone is welcome to come. The event is free but if you can donate it’s appreciated as that’s how we do this every year. It helps cover the cost of the next year’s picnic. Donations are not mandatory.
