Learning Objectives: by the end of today’s session, participants should be able to:
- Define stigma and discuss the effects of stigma on people with HIV.
- Discuss how individuals who are newly diagnosed with HIV can navigate stigma in a healthy way.
- Identify barriers to care and thriving for people with HIV.
- Discuss ways to encourage people with HIV to overcome barriers to living vibrant, joy-filled lives.
