To kick off 2025, DETOUR welcomes the Persona crew to Hot Mass for an all-night journey of thumping techno, percussive house, and crisp breakbeats.

Persona, a Pittsburgh-based DJ and promoter collective consisting of Daveclevr, Repeat Offender, and Ron Mist, hosts the techno-focused monthly Jaguar at Spirit every first Friday:

1. Dave Clevr
Dave Clevr’s career began in 1998 as a Pittsburgh based DJ and promoter, shaped by the 1990s underground rave scene. In 1999, his residency “Flytrap” at the infamous club Rosebud was a breakout success launching house, breaks and techno onto the steel city club scene for the first time, drawing 400-500 club kids every Friday night. He’s been energizing dance floors ever since.

2. Repeat Offender
Repeat Offender started Persona by throwing a series of underground parties channeling the energy of the early 2000s rave scene. Their sound is underpinned by thumping techno intertwined with notes of house, breaks, and electro. You can catch them with the rest of the Persona crew every first Friday where they host Jaguar at Spirit.

3. Ron Mist
Ron Mist is a Pittsburgh DJ with a big love for dancing and inspiring others to find joy in dancing freely. He’s been spinning since 2021, starting out as a house producer/DJ. Since then, his sound has shifted to mostly techno after having a spiritual experience at a Claude Young Jr set at Spirit Lodge in 2022. While he has a love for many sub-genres, you can expect his sets to sound percussive, deep, and weave in and out of 4-on-the-floor and breaks.

Joining them on the decks are DETOUR residents AlexInExile, Gusto, and Naeem.
