Mindful Connections™ for Wellness supports wellbeing through mindfulness. This cohort is reserved for people who identify as TQLBG+!!
Mindful Connections for Wellness is Awaken Pittsburgh’s program designed to promote wellbeing by helping you create a space for mindfulness and meditation in your own life. This particular cohort is specifically reserved for people who identify as TQLBG+!!
This 9-week, online program will teach you tools to help you stay focused and grounded and, in turn, positively impact your relationships with others. In addition to mindfulness we will also incorporate somatic and embodiment practices each week, as well as offer the opportunity for individual sessions.
When? 9 Wednesdays 6:30pm-8:00pm, September 20 – November 15 via Zoom online video conferencing.
How Much? This is Free! But we will cap registration at 25
