It’s official! Sign-ups are live from May 22nd to May 28th for the first ever 18+ Open Stage at Harold’s Haunt!

Where: Harold’s Haunt (142 Grant Ave, Millvale PA 15209)
When: Sunday, June 18th – Contestant Call Time 5:00PM, Showtime 6:00PM SHARP

This event will be taking place during CommUnity Funday at Harold’s Haunt. During the event there will be no alcohol served or displayed.

Each selected contestant will prepare a single number to wow the crowd. Your number should be no longer than 5 minutes to be respectful of time and maximize number of contestants. Numbers cannot contain nudity, fire, water, confetti, glitter, or anything that will make a mess that can not be cleaned up quickly after your number.

There are only 15 spots available for the 18+ Open Stage. If there are more than 15 applicants, the 15 participants will be chosen at random to ensure fairness. Applicants may be removed from consideration or disqualified from participation if they have been deemed to have engaged in behavior that doesn’t align with the values of our welcoming community queer sober safe space. <3

Performance order will be chosen at random to ensure fairness. Punctuality is key! Things happen, but we also have to be respectful of the staff so the show will start right on time. If you are running a bit late, we will try to accommodate you, but tardiness may result in disqualification.

Prizes will be awarded to first and second place. Each attendee will be given a ticket upon arrival. At the end of all competition numbers, each attendee will vote by placing their ticket into a voting box for the contestant of their choice. Contestants will also each get a vote, but cannot vote for themselves. If there is a tie, the tie will first be broken by the most number of fellow contestant votes, and re-voting if necessary.
