It’s giving final boss level. \nHUNY XO x Maya Universe on their worst behavior: Saturday\, June 27\, 10pm-2am\, at Spirit (243 51st Street). Get ready to rage. No filler\, all killer. All sales final. \nABOUT CHERRY BOMB:\nCherry Bomb originally ran from 2021-2023; the first event at Spirit post-pandemic. HUNY XO was awarded Pittsburgh’s Person of the Year in Music in 2021 for reinvigorating the city’s nightlife scene through Cherry Bomb. The residency’s cohort of artists\, both PGH-based and national\, and many of whom count CB as their first out-of-town residency or big break\, have played The Renaissance World Tour\, Berghain\, Lot Radio\, Boiler Room\, Hood Rave\, Honcho Campout\, Basement\, and so much more. \nIn 2025\, Cherry Bomb came out of a 2-year hiatus with 2 iconic 2-floor bangers. And now\, in 2026\, we’re back at it monthly with the exact same mission: to champion the Black AF roots of electronic dance music and remind PGH what the present and future of the underground sounds like (and who it belongs to).
