Our October meet is out! Join our mods Mimi Lavender (4th degree black belt in Taekwondo) and Patty Tran (green belt in Karate) for an hour of self-defense!

We’ll be meeting on Sunday, October 12, at 2 pm, near the Anderson Shelter at Schenley Park. (We might have to move, since there’s likely going to be a party at that shelter, but we’ll start there for now!)

We’ll teach you a bunch of basics, hopefully enough to give you some reassurance and confidence.

Oh, and bring your high heels. Being glamorous can be dangerous too :3
